Meet Shelby – a sweet, beautiful and down-to-earth senior girl. I loved getting to shoot her in the fall and the spring, especially since I have known her mother and family since I was young. Getting to catch up with them, and having the opportunity to shoot her in her environment was so fun and meaningful.
I have included many more of the spring shoot rather than the fall one, but not because there weren’t tons of beautiful shots from the fall session. I just loved so many of the ones with her and her mule, Trixie. It’s obvious that their relationship is so special. I loved the field we shot in, the sunlight behind the treeline and the beautiful interaction between her and Trixie. I hope you love these photos, Shelby! Thank you for choosing me!

people would be surprised to know that I:
like to ride dirtbikes.
happiest when:
I’m outside doing stuff with my family or friends.
most prized possession:
It probably would be my mule because I’ve trained her and worked with her all myself since I got her when I was 5.
favorite meal: Shrimp Alfredo
most influential person in my life:
My mom because she has taught me so many things about the “real world”.
in 15 years I will be:
I will hopefully have a great job at a hospital as a neonatal nurse and have a wonderful family.
dream vacation: going to a small gorgeous island in the middle of nowhere.
best childhood/high school memory:
My best childhood memory would have to be going to all the mule and donkey shows with my dad and brother. Showing was some of the most fun of my childhood. High school would have to be when a group of my friends and I went to Lake Whitney for the day and went swimming and jumped off the cliffs there.
Thank you so much Allson! I love all of the shots, they are great! Had so much fun! Thanks again! 🙂
